We are in the middle of a cold snap, outside temp is -4*. Even though I have the climate controls set to maximum heat, there is ice cold air coming in from the side of the center consol (not the vents, but the side between the seats and the consol). So cold, that the passenger needs to wrap their feet in a blanket to keep them from freezing. It doesn't seem to matter which vents I are selected, the cold air never changes. Does anyone know why this would be happening?
Also, does anyone know how to get air to go to the defrost and floor vents simultaneously?
