I have a 2023 GLB 250 and live in Dallas, TX, which is hot in the summer. I bought the car new a year ago and the AC has been working fine for a year. I got my first service in August 2024 with Park Place Mercedes, Dallas. Since then, the AC randomly pumps scorching air into the cabin while the outside temperature is 90+. The inside temperature is also pretty hot (feels like 85+ degrees). The problem is intermittent but happened four or five times in three weeks. It takes a few minutes to stop pumping the hot air and very uncomfortable to drive in those minutes. It is not pumping the outside air, the vent is very hot for a touch. I took it to Mercedes Benz of Plano for a check. I thought the Mercedes dealership did something to the car during service. However, they tested it, said they couldn't find any problem, and advised me to turn off the Auto on the AC when that happens. It looks like I have to deal with it. Is this happening to everyone?
